Each template features a clear weekly view for every single week of the year, allowing you to seamlessly map out your schedule week by week. Every week is laid out on a separate page that can be printed individually; there is a dedicated page for each full or partial week of the year 2013 (53 pages in total).
Designed with clean, efficient layouts in mind, these versatile templates are ideal for both personal organisation and professional use. Whether you require a weekly planner for work shift schedules, school term dates, content planning, habit tracking, or daily productivity, these blank schedules provide a highly flexible foundation to keep you on track. While monthly calendars give you a high-level overview, weekly calendars are perfect for detailed daily planning, helping professionals, students, and teams maintain absolute clarity, prioritise tasks, and achieve steady progress all year round.
Features of these templates (specifications and layouts)
- One week at a glance: Each page covers a specific week, giving you a clear, organised view of your entire week's schedule. Each template includes a dedicated page for every week of the year.
- Print-friendly design: Optimised for standard A4 paper size (US Letter versions also available). The templates print equally well on both inkjet and laser printers.
- Multiple layouts: Some of our designs use a minimalist layout to keep the focus on your data and save your printer ink, while others are in full colour to easily distinguish between days of the week and make visualisation easier.
- Two page orientations: Choose between landscape orientation (horizontal) for wider text blocks and portrait orientation (vertical) for a layout that fits easily into a binder or on a clipboard.
- Instant free download: No registration or e-mail sign-up required.
- Fully editable and customisable: The templates are not password protected, read-only or otherwise restricted in any way. They can be easily modified and adapted to meet your specific requirements, then saved and used again at a later stage. PDF versions also available.

How to open and print these templates in Google Sheets
Download the .xlsx file first. Then either drag it into Google Drive, right-click it and choose Open with → Google Sheets, or open Sheets and go to File → Open → Upload. The template keeps its layout and colours, and you can type into the day cells and change the fill colours exactly as you would in Excel. To print from Sheets, go to File → Print, set the orientation to landscape or portrait to match the template you chose, and set Scale to "Fit to page" so the template doesn't spill onto a second sheet. Set Margins to Narrow if you want the grid to fill more of the paper. Because the file sits in Drive, you can share it with a team or a family and everyone works on the same template.
